Book a facial and add the eye treatment

There’s no standalone booking for this one. Choose your facial first, whether that’s the Calm & Soothe Facial, the Advanced Skin Brightening Facial, or another service on my menu, then add the eye treatment when you book.

From my treatment menu:“Brighten, smooth and reduce puffiness. Includes gentle exfoliation, skin lightening treatment, gold-copper peptide infusion and collagen mask.”

Who this add-on is for

This add-on is a good fit if you look at the skin around your eyes and want it to look brighter, smoother, and less puffy, especially if mornings after a long week, a dry Wisconsin winter, or a late flight leave that area looking tired. It’s also a nice addition if you already have a facial booked and want a bit of extra focus on the eye area without adding a lot of time to your appointment.

It’s not the right choice if you’re hoping to book it on its own without a facial, since I offer it strictly as an add-on so I can properly prep the skin around your eyes first. It’s also not the answer if what you’re dealing with is a medical eye concern, allergy flare, or persistent swelling that isn’t tied to normal fatigue or dryness. That’s outside what an esthetic treatment can address, and I’ll always tell you honestly if I think you should see a physician instead.

What happens during your session

  1. Quick check-in. Since this is added to your facial, I take a moment to look at the eye area specifically and note anything I should be gentle around, like contact lens wear or a recent late night.
  2. Gentle exfoliation. A light exfoliation helps buff away surface dullness without tugging or over-scrubbing this thinner skin.
  3. Skin lightening treatment. A targeted lightening treatment is applied to work toward a brighter look in the under-eye area.
  4. Gold-copper peptide infusion. I infuse the area with a gold-copper peptide formula as part of the treatment.
  5. Collagen mask. I finish with a collagen mask over the eye area, left on for the remainder of your facial so it can work while I continue the rest of your treatment.

Aftercare and how often

Right after, the eye area often looks a little brighter and less puffy, and any slight warmth or tightness from the mask typically settles within a few minutes. I’ll usually suggest a light, fragrance-conscious eye cream at home to help maintain the look between visits, and if you’re heading out into wind or bright winter sun, sunglasses and a broad-spectrum SPF on the surrounding skin are worth the extra step. The American Academy of Dermatology’s skin care basics cover the fundamentals well.

Since this is an add-on, most clients simply add it every time they come in for a facial, which for many people works out to every 4 to 6 weeks. If puffiness and tired-looking eyes are a bigger priority for you than other concerns, we can talk about booking facials a bit more often specifically to keep up the eye add-on.

Why book with Beret

I’m Beret Jane, a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Aromatherapist (certified since 2000), and I’ve spent more than 30 years formulating botanical skincare by hand. My studio at 1320 W Towne Square Rd, Ste. 2, in Mequon is a solo practice, so the eye area, which is thin and easily irritated, is always handled by the same experienced hands that mixed the products going on it.

Questions I hear a lot

Can I book the eye treatment by itself, without a facial?

No, I offer it strictly as an add-on. I like to prep and care for the skin as part of a full facial appointment rather than isolating the eye area on its own, so you’ll choose a facial first and add this during booking.

Will this help with dark circles?

The skin lightening treatment is designed to work toward a brighter look in the under-eye area, and many clients notice a visible difference right after their appointment. Dark circles have a lot of causes, including genetics and blood vessel visibility, so results vary from person to person.

Is it safe to use products this close to my eyes?

Yes, this treatment is formulated specifically for the delicate eye area, and I’m careful with placement and pressure throughout. If you wear contacts or have any eye sensitivity, mention it during your check-in so I can adjust accordingly.

How long does the brighter, less puffy look last?

Many clients see an immediate difference in the look of puffiness and brightness right after treatment, with the effect fading over the following days. Regular sessions, added on to your usual facial visits, tend to keep the look more consistent over time.

Which facial should I pair this with?

Any facial on my menu works well with this add-on. If your main goal is overall brightening, pairing it with the Advanced Skin Brightening Facial keeps the whole face working toward the same look. Since it adds about 20 minutes, it pairs most naturally with a full-length facial like the Customized Corrective Facial or the Calm & Soothe Facial rather than the 30-minute Express Facial, which is built to stay quick.
