Booking & Cancellation Policy

I want every client to feel cared for, and a few simple policies help me give you my full attention.

Booking. Appointments are booked online or by phone. No deposit is required to reserve your time.

Cancellations and rescheduling.Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so I can offer the time to someone else. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect the scheduling of future appointments.

Late arrivals.If you’re running behind, please let me know. I’ll do my best to give you a full treatment, though your service may need to be shortened so the next client isn’t kept waiting.

Series and packages.Series and packages are purchased in advance and are non-refundable. Individual sessions within a series can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Health and comfort.Please tell me about any allergies, sensitivities, medications, or if you’re pregnant or nursing, so I can customize your treatment safely. And if you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule. There’s never a penalty for staying home when you’re sick.
